2. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. The version of these terms in force at the time of your order will apply to it.

3. Who can buy

To buy in our store you must be of legal age (18 or over) and have legal capacity to enter into contracts, or have the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

4. Products and prices

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Images are for illustrative purposes, and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. If you browse in another currency, the price is converted automatically and the amount shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged. Shipping is free.

When a product is on sale, the crossed-out price is the lowest price applied to that product in the 30 days before the discount.

If, despite our efforts, a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping so that you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

5. Orders

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract is concluded when we confirm that your order has been accepted. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we detect signs of fraud.

6. Payment

You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments). CLEANFITS never sees or stores your full card details.

7. Shipping, withdrawal and returns

Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, explained in detail in our Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery, in accordance with Spanish and EU consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under this guarantee.

9. Discount codes

Discount codes are personal, cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers. Each code may have its own conditions (validity, minimum spend, eligible products), which will be indicated when it is issued.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website (brand, logo, texts, images, designs and code) belongs to CLEANFITS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify it without our written permission.

11. Use of the website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to carry out any activity that could damage it, interfere with its operation or affect other users, such as introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access or placing fraudulent orders.

12. Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), or for indirect damages arising from the use of the website, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where this is not permitted by law, nor your rights as a consumer.

13. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will not affect orders placed before the update.

15. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring any claim before the courts of your place of residence.

16. Language

These terms are available in English and Spanish. In case of discrepancy, the version in the language in which you placed your order will prevail.
